There's an appeal for witnesses after a man was seriously injured with a bottle during an assault involving six people in Hastings.
It happened in East Parade at around 9pm last Monday (May 1).
A 42-year-old man was treated by paramedics at the scene and taken to hospital with serious injuries, which are not thought to be life changing or life threatening.
The man was with another man and a 14-year-old boy at the time.
Specialist units, including forensic teams, remained at the scene.
A 27-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of GBH and has been released on police bail until July 27.
