Appeal Launched After Cyclist Dies In Fatal Collision In Rudgwick

A witness appeal has been launched by Sussex Police following the death of a cyclist in Rudgwick.

Around 10.45am on Wednesday (July 22), officers responded to reports of a road traffic collision involving a cyclist and a Renault HGV tipper lorry on the A281 Guildford Road, Rudgwick.

The cyclist, a man in his 20s from Morden in Surrey, was pronounced dead at the scene. The man's next of kin have been informed.

Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision or who has dashcam footage to make contact.
