Investigations are continuing into a derelict building fire in West Sussex on Wednesday (11).
The fire service have since confirmed that the fire in Hassocks is being investigated as an incident of arson.
At it's peak, six crews were at the scene in London Road.
The incident was called into emergency services at around 1.28pm, and was being scaled down at around 2.51pm.
An area of the A273 London Road between Hassocks and Burgess Hill was closed for a time.
Sussex Police are asking anyone with information to contact them on 101, quoting serial 730 of 11/11.

On arrival the building was well alight and at its peak we had six crews in attendance - including assistance from @EastSussexFRS. However, the incident is now being be scaled down.
