Bexhill man wanted after being convicted of domestic abuse and harassment

A man from East Sussex is wanted by police after being convicted of domestic abuse and harassment against two people. Andrew Anderson, from Bexhill, failed to attend Lewes Crown Court on Monday (December, 16), where he was found guilty in his absence of seven offences. Police said he was convicted of harassment, witness intimidation and breach of a court Non-Molestation Order in relation to one woman, and of harassment and two offences of witness intimidation in relation to a second woman. Sentencing is due to take place on 31 January. The 38-year-old is described as white, 5'9" tall, and of a medium build. Police said he was last known to have been living in Sutherland Avenue, Bexhill, although he could be elsewhere in East Sussex or in Brighton. Anyone with information is asked to call 101 or 999, quoting reference number 474 of 15/11.
