Bognor Bank Card Thefts: Police Arrest Two Men

Police have made two arrests in connection with the theft and fraudulent usage of bank cards near Bognor Regis.

Officers had begun investigations, after a purse was reported stolen and several bank cards from it were used in supermarkets and service stations in the Shripney area.

An appeal was issued to obtain any further details in relation to the incident on January 6 and, as a result of information received from the public, officers made the two arrests on Friday 28 January in Bognor town centre.

Two men - aged 37 and 41 - were arrested on suspicion of theft from a person.

They have been released under investigation.
