It's hoped that the Amex stadium could be the first to welcome back fans to its stands, after supporters were banned from attending Premier League games in March.
A reduced capacity friendly could be in the pipeline, with Brighton and Hove Albion welcoming back a reduced number of 2,500 fans to the pitch as part of a 'pilot event'.
According to The Times, the team wishes to hold a pre-season friendly in the near future, and it could take place as soon as this weekend.
It's not known which opponents could be heading to the 30,666 capacity stadium.
The Government hoped to see a limited amount of fans return to professional sporting events by October 1, and it is believed stadiums will be permitted to hold between 17-33 percent of their normal capacity.
