Police have released a CCTV image of a man they'd like to speak to after an elderly man was defrauded of £750 in Hove. The 90-year-old victim was targeted by two suspects posing as drainage engineers on January 10. Officers said the victim thought they were legitimate because they had ID badges. The pair then asked the victim to hand over his bank card and pin number to pay for the service. After leaving the premises to withdraw money, they returned and requested further cards and bank details to which the victim complied with. Police want to speak to the man in the image in connection with the incident. Anyone with information is asked to contact 101, quoting serial 679 of 10/01.
