There's a witness appeal following a fatal collision early this morning (March 3) in which two boys age 17 and 18 died and two 17-year-old girls were injured.
It happened in Kennel Hill, Chichester, shortly after 1am.
Emergency services attended the scene, which involved just one vehicle. Both boys were declared dead at the scene.
The driver and a passenger in the vehicle – both 17-year-old girls – were taken to hospital for treatment for their injuries.
The road remains closed at this time and investigations are ongoing to establish the full circumstances of the incident.
