Alessia, 13, has been missing from Eastbourne since Sunday, October 15.
She was last seen at 2am on Sunday morning.
Alessia is slim with black hair and was last seen wearing a black crop top, silver trousers and black trainers.
Officers are concerned for her welfare.
Anyone who sees her or knows her whereabouts is asked to report it to Sussex Police online or call 101 and quote serial 136 of 15/10.
