Schools Ratton School, Eastbourne - only open to Year 11s for Thursday 19 & Friday 20 March. In addition, any Year 7 to 10 student with a parent who is a key worker can still attend school over the next two days. Key workers include NHS staff, police and fire officers, and armed forces personnel. Please try to tell them by 8.15am if you intend to take up this offer by emailing info@ratton.co.uk Claverham Community College, Battle - able to support those students in Years 9 and 10 whose parents or carers work in front line emergency services or are employed in care services working with vulnerable adults or children. Chailey School - Chailey School will be closed to KS3 (Year 7, 8 and 9). King’s Academy, Ringmer – partial closure, with Years 8 and 9 students asked to work from home, unless the child of a key worker. Lewes Priory - partial closure to Years 7, 8 and 9. Broad Oak Community Primary School - closed for deep cleaning & isolation Peacehaven Community School - closed to Year 10 students. BHASVIC - moved to online teaching. Events, Closures & Cancellations De la Warr Pavilion, Bexhill - closed until further notice. Brighton Fringe Festival - cancelled for the first time in its 53 year history. The University of Chichester Conservatoire of Music - all on-site concerts, cancelled. Brighton Pavilion & Brighton Museums - closed. Brighton Centre - all events postponed in March, along with some in April. NCI Shoreham - closed. Councils East Sussex County Council - all meetings cancelled from Tuesday next week. Adur & Worthing Councils - shut counters at The Shoreham Centre due to staff shortages.
