A gang reportedly attacked and robbed a man in Crawley on Saturday (March, 7). Police said a 26-year-old man was walking along the Kingsley Road underpass just before 2am, when a group of five men ran up to him from behind. The victim suffered multiple stab wounds and had his mobile phone and wallet stolen. He was taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton with serious but not life-threatening injuries, and has since been discharged, according to officers. Some of his belongings were later found in nearby Jewel Walk. Anyone with information is asked to contact 101 quoting serial 120 of 07/03.
