Cyclist Seriously Injured After Colliding With Tractor In Chichester

A 48-year-old cyclist has sustained serious injuries following a crash involving a tractor in Chichester.

Officers were called by ambulance to Old Broyle Road at 6.10pm on 10 August to a crash involving a blue tractor and a cyclist. 

The cyclist sustained serious injuries requiring hospital treatment. 

The tractor was towing a trailer carrying equipment and travelling westbound. It had left the scene prior to police arrival. 

PC Steve Butcher said:

"We want to hear from anyone who witnessed this collision or who has any information. 

"We are working to identify the driver so we can establish the full circumstances of what happened.

"If you think you may have been the tractor driver please come forwards and speak to us."
