Dame Julie Walters has delivered a poignant message of support towards Capitol Theatre in Horsham.
In a video on Twitter, the actress has described it as a "fabulous" theatre and is urging people to go and see their "A Christmas Carol".
She expressed her concerns about how theatre is suffering because of the pandemic, saying she doesn't want it to die.
Dame Julie also urged people to support Horsham and Crawley Samaritans, of which she is patron.
❤A most poignant message from Dame Julie Walters, Patron of @handcsams for whom we will be requesting donations after each performance of @xmascarolplay. Support live theatre & support mental health.
