Hundreds of people in Brighton are expected to protest today (Saturday) in opposition to a new bill.
The so called 'Kill the Bill' protesters are marching against the Government's Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Bill.
The controversial bill would give police additional powers to restrict protests by imposing start and finish times and setting noise limits.
People are expected to take to the streets from 2pm in The Level.
⚠️❗ We're aware of a possible protest due to take place in Brighton tomorrow, between 14:00 - 18:00, starting from The Level. At this stage, we cannot confirm details of the route nor how this will affect services. Please check here for updates during this time. ⚠️
