Ziggy The Dog Saved From House Fire In Selsey

A dog named Ziggy has been has been saved from a house-fire in Selsey despite suffering from the effects of smoke inhalation at the time.

West Sussex firefighters confirmed the rescue after tackling flames in East Street that started late yesterday afternoon (October 5).

Crews from three fire stations in Selsey, West Wittering and Chichester attended the blaze which they believe was started accidentally.

They added that no humans had been injured, before they left the scene around 7pm.
