A driver involved in a collision in Crawley has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving. Emergency services were called at around 11.20am today (Monday, 6) to the incident involving two cars in Southgate Avenue. Officers said the arrested person was taken to hospital as a precaution, but they are not believed to be seriously injured. The road was closed for some time as the traffic light was damaged and police said they needed to make the road safe.
