People are being asked to avoid Eastbourne seafront this morning (Friday, 22) as firefighters continue to tackle a serious fire at a hotel.

Officials said there are no reports of injuries at this time and crews are using breathing apparatus and main jets to tackle the fire. Nearby roads are closed at this time.
