Fatal Collision In Worthing Could Be Linked To Earlier Hotel Disturbance

Police are appealing for witnesses to a fatal collision in Worthing which could be linked to an earlier disturbance at the Grand Victoria Hotel.

At around 11.30pm on Friday night (Nov 27) emergency services attended the scene of a collision in Bulkington Avenue.

The road was subsequently closed for most of the night while the circumstances were investigated.

It involved a Mercedes C220, the driver of which died from his injuries at the scene.

Police are keen to hear from anyone who witnesses the incident or captured anything on dash cam or CCTV.

They would also like to hear from anyone who had been at the Grand Victoria Hotel, where there was a report of a disturbance, earlier that evening.

It is believed the Mercedes is linked to this incident.
