Officials in Horsham want to speak to a daring fly-tipper who's been caught out on camera in Billingshurst.
In surveillance footage (below) released by Horsham District Council, a man using a white van with a roof-rack was clearly seen dumping waste from the rear of his vehicle.
Among the rubbish were quantities of wooden pallets and fabrics.
The van had a roof-rack with a ladder fixed to it.
Council staff said the incident was filmed in Wooddale Lane on Monday evening (June 15) at 9.27pm.
The suspect wore dark gloves, and the van appears to be under the control of another person who is unseen.
