West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service have helped rescue a man who was trapped under a log this morning (Friday).
Crews were called to an area off the A283 Stopham Road near Pulborough, at around 11.43am.
The Technical Rescue Unit attended the scene, along with fire engines from Storrington and Arundel, and a number of senior officers to co-ordinate the rescue.
Upon arrival they found an adult male trapped under a large log, and worked alongside paramedics from the South East Coast Ambulance Service to help free the individual.
The air ambulance was also in attendance.
He was left in the care of paramedics shortly before 1.30pm.
Earlier this morning our @WSFRS_TRU and crews from @46Arundel and @Station_50 were called to help rescue a man trapped under a log near Pulborough.

They worked closely with paramedics from @SECAmbulance and @airambulancekss to release him safely.
