Four people have been arrested in Brighton today (Tuesday) after a man was stabbed in the leg.
Police were called to Grand Parade at around 3.15am, with a man having suffered a serious injury to his leg.
He was taken to hospital by the ambulance service, where the wound was treated.
A series of enquiries carried out at the scene led to the subsequent arrest of four people.
A 34-year-old woman from Brighton, 32-year-old man from Brighton and two men aged 34 and 29, of no fixed address, were arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
Police placed up a cordon around a pool of blood in Albion Street after arriving on the scene.
