Four local men face charges linked to to public order offences in connection with a reported fight in Crawley on Sunday afternoon (February 14).
But police said they're also looking for one other man, who they believe might have been hurt.
At 3.55pm on Sunday, police responded to an alert that came from Lewisham Close, Broadfield, Crawley.
In addition to those detained, officers understood that another man may have sustained injuries as a result of this incident, but have not yet located him.
Detective Sergeant Mel Pyle said:
“We are urging this man to make contact with us so that we can check on his welfare and speak to him about this incident.
"We are also appealing for any other witnesses to make contact.
"Please contact us online or by calling 101, quoting serial 750 of 14/02”.
These four men are charged with threatening behaviour:
- Kharrum Chaudary, 40, a deliveryman, of Lewisham Close;
- Thomas Franks, 29, unemployed, of Langley Lane, Ifield, Crawley;
- Bashir Khan, 39, a driver, of Fennel Close, Crawley; and
- Jan Lee, 29, unemployed, of Martyrs Avenue, Langley Green, Crawley.
All are due before Crawley Magistrates Court on 14 April.
