Heidi Tambeh, Active Hastings Adult Weight Management Instructor said:

“Over the past couple of years I’ve had the pleasure of coordinating and delivering the weight management programme alongside a team of personal trainers. I have met some amazing people, all at the start of their weight loss journeys, who are now thriving and loving life. We can’t wait to start our next course in September.

"The course covers everything you need to help you lose weight. During the course you will take part in suitable exercise to help build a new lifestyle for yourself.

“We are also very excited that we have been able to extend our weight management offering, by creating our new weekly exercise classes.”

Councillor Andy Batsford, lead councillor for Health and Culture at Hastings Borough Council, said:

“I am delighted people are choosing to start their weight loss journey with Active Hastings. The free non-judgment courses are a great way for people to lose weight in a safe and supportive environment.”
