The Children With Cancer Fund is holding a fundraising event to help keep their HQ up and running.
Unlike most of there events where money is raised to support local families going through or having been through cancer treatment, granting wishes and holding events for families to attend, this time the CWCF needs help to keep their HQ up and running.
The event is happening on May 14 from 10.30am until 1pm around the Cuckoo Trail and surrounding footpaths and you can either run, jog or walk your way around! There will be medals for all those who complete the challenge.
The Cuckoo Trail is a 14-mile footpath and cycleway which runs from Hampden Park to Heathfield in East Sussex. It passes through the towns of Polegate and Hailsham, as well as the villages of Hellingly and Horam.
You can either take part in the 5k or 10k Run, and in addition there will be a “Mini Mile” for young children.
