Lewes District Council has taken to Facebook to say it's providing extra support to homeless people during the extremely hot weather.
Their severe weather emergency protocol (SWEP) has been activated, which usually happens during periods of extreme cold weather.
Homelessness outreach teams are offering accommodation, water, and sun protection as well as the usual housing and wellbeing advice.
They predict the SWEP will continue until this Wednesday (July 20).
They're urging members of the public to let them know if they know of or notice anyone sleeping rough who wishes to access SWEP accommodation or needs help.
