Horsham Farmer To Appear In Court Accused Of Fox Hunting With Dogs

A man from Horsham is due before Worthing Magistrates' court tomorrow (Tuesday 25) over allegations of fox hunting with dogs.

Police said William Bishop, 50, a farmer, of Kennel Lane, West Grinstead, Horsham, was summonsed for two offences of hunting a fox with dogs, contrary to the Hunting Act 2004.

The first court appearance is in relation to an alleged offence at Gay Street, Pulborough, on December 10 (2019). 

According to officers, he will also appear at Crawley Magistrates' Court on October 6, summonsed in relation to an incident at Patching Copse, Patching, Worthing, on January 21 (2020).
