A vigil was held in Victoria Gardens, Brighton last night (Feb 15) to remember murdered 16-year-old transgender girl Brianna Ghey.
Brianna was stabbed to death and left on a pathway in Linear Park in Culcheth, Cheshire on Saturday, February 11.
Two 15-year-olds have been charged with her murder - a boy from Leigh and a girl from Warrington.
They will appear at Liverpool Crown Court today.
Police are exploring the possibility that her death was a hate crime.
Meanwhile, candlelit vigils have been held all over England, celebrating Brianna with many speaking out about the treatment of transgender people.
