Police are looking to identify the men pictured after a report of a boat theft in Chichester last month (May).
Officers said two men were reported to have jumped into a six-foot inflatable boat which was moored at Bosham Quay on May 30, at around 6pm.
The men drove off in it before crashing into the pier causing damage to the boat.
The victim allegedly tried to challenge the men when they got out of the water but they became verbally aggressive before riding off on bikes.
It is believed the men pictured may be able to assist with enquiries.
Officers are appealing for anyone who witnessed what happened or is able to identify the men pictured to come forward.
Anyone with information is asked to contact 101, quoting serial 1329 of 30/05.
