Identity Appeal After Bottle Thrown From Brighton Bridge Injuring Woman Underneath

There's an appeal to identify a man in connection with an incident in which a glass bottle was thrown from a bridge in Brighton, striking a woman walking underneath.

It happened at around 1am on Monday, May 30 as the woman walked through the underpass on Trafalgar Street in Brighton.

The bottle had been thrown from the bridge above at Brighton station.

The victim, a 24-year-old woman, required hospital treatment for a laceration to her head.

Officers would like to speak to the man in this image as they believe he may have information which could help the investigation.
