Identity Appeal After Subway Restaurant Worker Assaulted In Brighton

Police are trying to identify three people caught on CCTV after a Subway worker was assaulted while they worked.

It happened shortly after 5.05am on Saturday, February 12 in West Street.

An employee at the restaurant reported two men and a woman entering the store and trying to steal bottled drinks from a fridge.

The victim was assaulted after confronting the three suspects, suffering serious facial injuries.

The suspect understood to have carried out the assault is described as a black man aged around 30 years old, 5’9” tall, with shoulder-length black dreadlocks, a long black knee-length coat and a hood up.
