Armed police are reportedly at the scene of an incident in Bognor, which officers have said involve 'a man in distress'. A large presence is currently being reported by eye witnesses this afternoon (Monday, 20) at a hotel in The Esplanade. A spokesperson said: "Police are currently dealing with an ongoing incident involving a man in distress in The Esplanade, Bognor Regis. "We have no further information at this stage."
