A man has been charged in relation to a brawl at a bar in Hove where two security guards were injured on Tuesday (February, 18). Ashkan Zahedian, 29, of Bodiham House, Davigdor Road, Hove, is alleged to have been in possession a machete, and to have unlawfully and maliciously wounded a 29-year-old man with intent to cause him grievous bodily harm. It's after officers were called to reports of a fight at The Mixologist bar in Church Road at around 11.20pm. Zahedian was remanded in custody, due to appear before Crown Court next month. Two other men, a 52-year-old and a 34-year-old, arrested on suspicion of GBH, and a 30-year-old woman, arrested on suspicion of aiding and abetting actual bodily harm, have all been released on bail until March 18.
