Police have charged a man with an attack in Portslade, which left a man in hospital with neck wounds. Officers were called to an address in Trafalgar Road, where the victim was found with cuts on his neck. The victim was then taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital to be treated for his injuries, which police said were not assessed as life threatening. Lukisz Lisowski, 35, of Trafalgar Road, was arrested and charged with grievous bodily harm. Police said he was remanded in custody and appeared at Brighton Magistrates' Court on Wednesday (April, 15). Mr Lisowski is due to appear in Crown Court later this year.
