A 26-year-old man has been charged following an incident in Eastbourne on Monday (January 13). Police were called to a report of concerns for two women inside a property in Park Avenue at around 2.41pm. A man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of assault. Connor Attridge, of Hyde Gardens, Eastbourne, was charged with three counts of assault, criminal damage, possession of an offensive weapon and possession of a Class A drug (cocaine). He is due to appear at Brighton Magistrates' Court on January 15.
