Police are investigating after the 47-year-old victim, of no fixed address, was discovered slumped down and unconscious near a bench of the north side of Memorial Gardens, shortly after 8.20am on Wednesday (October, 9). Officers said he was flown by air ambulance to St George's Hospital in Tooting, suffering from a life-threatening condition, and is currently in intensive care.
