A man has been arrested after reports of an altercation in Brighton on Thursday (11).
Police said the incident reportedly involved a group of males in Oxford Street, at around 3pm.
A 29-year-old man presented himself at hospital with a serious injury.
A 28-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm.
Enquiries are ongoing and no further details are currently available.
