Mental Elf Fun Run To Raise Funds For West Sussex Charity

West Sussex Mind is inviting people to take part in its first ever 5k Fun Run and Walk, in Worthing on November 27th.

Open to all ages and abilities, the Mental Elf 5k Fun Run and Walk is open to all runners, walkers, families, teams, wheelchairs and pushchairs - elf costumes preferred but not essential.

The ticketed event will generate funds to enable West Sussex Mind to support local adults and young people with their mental health.

The run will be started by mayor Henna Chowdhury, who has chosen the charity as one of three she's supporting this year.

It'll also be attended by Worthing Town Crier Bob Smytherman, a trustee of West Sussex Mind.

The run will take place along the Worthing parkrun route (along the prom) and Lancing and Sompting Lions have promised to bring their sleigh and Santa to give the event even more of a festive air.
