A woman has been taken to what police called a "place of safety" — after an incident that stopped trains east of Brighton today (September 21), on the line toward Lewes.
Officers and paramedics attended Moulsecoomb station at 1.15pm.
They said it was after concern for the welfare of a female had been reported to them.
No further information about the patient has been released.
