Officers crack down on garden birthday bash and 'disorder' in Eastbourne town centre

Officers in Eastbourne have issued a dispersal order in the town centre following reports of 'pockets of disorder'. Police said they were in the town yesterday (Thursday, 2) encouraging the public to stay at home and follow government advice.

PC Rachel Bourne said they dispersed the young people and gave the homeowner 'strong words of advice'.
