Police have confirmed a pensioner remains in hospital with 'life-changing' injuries after a van collided with him in Hove. Officers said the 69-year-old local man was struck by the sign-written van in the Tesco car park in Church Road on the evening of Sunday, November 9. He was taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton with leg and pelvic injuries, where police said he remains at this stage. According to the force, the van driver momentarily stopped, but did not leave any details at the scene. Officers now want to speak to him.
