Police Appeal After Fatal Hastings Collision

There's an appeal for witnesses following a fatal collision on the A21 at Ebdens Hill in Hastings

It happened at around 2pm on Monday (July 11) between a Ford Kuga and a Isuzu D-Max, just south of Claremont School.

One of the drivers involved, a 70-year-old man from Chatham, Kent, died at the scene.

A 21-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving and has been released under investigation whilst enquiries continue.
