Police have said that the boy who was flown to London following a collision with a car in Worthing last Thursday (November, 7) has been released from hospital. The boy, believed to be seven years old, was flown to St George's hospital in London to receive treatment for potentially life-threatening injuries. It followed the collision between a pedestrian and a silver Ford Focus in Salvington Road, Durrington, at about 4.12pm. Authorities have now said that the boy was released from hospital on Sunday, now recovering at home and very keen to get back to school.
