In Crawley this morning (November 23), three men were arrested on suspicion of affray, and one was also arrested on suspicion of possessing an offensive weapon in public.
Police said they were called to Goffs Park Road in the town at 9.45am, to reports of criminal damage and a man in possession of a machete.
Local enquiries quickly led officers to a property on Brighton Road.
Here, officers made their arrests.
On Monday afternoon, police added that all three who were detained remained in custody.
A machete was found and seized from inside the property.
Officers said no injuries have been reported.
