Satirical home school 'Ofsted' report by Sussex parent goes viral

A parent in Sussex has had their satirical home school 'Ofsted' report go viral after posting it online. During the lockdown many parents, like Andrew Jeffrey near Brighton, have experienced a few struggles trying to home school their children. The maths consultant joked that he'd just had an 'unannounced visit from Ofsted' on his twitter, and posted a faux report. It reads "the headteacher is eminently qualified, but is regularly seen wearing nothing but dressing gowns and underpants". Andrew also joked about his children turning up to class at 1pm. So far, it's fetched more than 7,000 online reactions.

Despite rumours they were on furlough, we just had an unannounced visit from @Ofstednews.

It didn't go as badly as we'd feared. Here's the summary report. #HomeSchooling during #COVIDー19 pic.twitter.com/D6sq3fatTI — Andrew Jeffrey (@AJMagicMessage) April 22, 2020 More Radio is continuously dedicated to providing a quality news service on-air and online, reporting local stories that matter across Sussex.
