Police say a man received medical treatment after a stabbing in Worthing on Tuesday (May 26).
Officers attended the scene in College Gardens, just off Grand Avenue, at 3.50pm after a call from a member of the public reporting a man being assaulted by three others.
On arrival, the victim and the suspects had left the area. Offices conducted a number of lines of inquiry and located the victim who was receiving medical treatment.
Police believe there is no wider threat to the community and are appealing for anyone who witnessed the assault to make contact.
