The Chailey Heritage Foundation has paid tribute to Her Majesty the Queen after she visited back in 1945.
Still a princess at the time, a young Queen Elizabeth II (then a princess) visited the charity in Chailey accompanied by Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother and Princess Margaret.
These photos, now 77 years old, depict the young monarch on her visit to Sussex, just seven years before she took to the throne.
During the visit, Princess Elizabeth was shown the baby clinic at Chailey Heritage which, by royal permission, was named after her - "Princess Elizabeth Clinic for Tiny Babies".
Chailey Heritage Foundation Chief Executive Helen Hewitt said:
"These are indeed treasured and very special photographs from our archives.
"We are, of course, all deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth.
"Our thoughts are with the Royal Family at this time and we join the nation in mourning a remarkable Queen who dedicated her life to serving her country and the commonwealth."
