The coronavirus 'tier' for Sussex when the second national lockdown ends will be revealed on Thursday.
Last month (October) the Government introduced the three-tiered coronavirus alert system.
It was part of plans to allow a localised approach to attempt to prevent the virus from spreading.
More is also expected to be revealed about how families across the country will be able to spend Christmas.
Boris Johnson will attempt to agree to a UK-wide policy with leaders in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Yesterday (Monday) the Prime Minister said it was the season to be "jolly careful".
He also said the majority of people who most need a vaccine might be able to get one by April.
