Sussex Drivers Warned About Deer Mating Season

Deer standing in field

It is deer mating season and drivers across Sussex are being urged to drive with caution.

Sussex Safer Roads Partnership says if a deer crosses before you, it's likely another will follow.

Deer are unpredictable so people are advised to drive with caution.

They will usually be seen on our country roads, particularly in forests, between sunset and sunrise.
