A suspended Sussex Police Officer was due to stand trial today (May 17) at Chichester Crown Court for three offences.
The county's police service said that PC Steven Lodge, 39, who is based at Hastings, will face two allegations of sexual touching and one count of voyeurism.
The alleged offences occurred when Lodge was off duty between 2018 and 2019.
Police added that PC Lodge may face further disciplinary proceedings following the conclusion of the court case.
