A group named "The Tyre Extinguishers" claim to have done it to 2,000 vehicles in the last month.
Earlier this week, police in Sussex released CCTV of two people they want to talk to about an incident there.

The group claims it has taken action in Brighton, London, Manchester, Birmingham, Sheffield, Bristol and Edinburgh.
